Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist to join the Computational Biology Group in a highly-collaborative multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will be a key team member driving computational analyses aimed at the development of novel first-in-class therapeutics. S/he will focus on deriving biological insights and testable hypotheses from in vitro and in vivo CRISPR screens, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and other genome-wide profiling technologies.


•Analyze and communicate results from genomics experiments

•Work closely with colleagues and collaborators to design and interpret experiments

•Integrate internal and external datasets

•Apply or develop tools for analysis of large datasets


  • M.S. with 4+ years experience or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Biology, Genetics, or other quantitative field
  • A background in biology or immunology is preferable, but well-qualified applicants will be considered from backgrounds including Engineering and Physics
  • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and team player mentality is a must.
  • Candidates should have outstanding academic records with a demonstrated history of analyzing genomics data
  • Experience with statistics, Bayesian statistics, machine learning, or AI
  • Strong coding skills, fluency in R or Python data analysis environment
  • Experience analyzing single-cell RNA-seq or human genetics/biobank data is a strong plus
  • Experience with cloud computing is highly desirable
